Select Health plan members can earn up to $240 per person, per year or $580 per family, per year for fitness perks. They also offer discounts on uncovered services such as LASIK, acupuncture, cosmetic dermatology, and tattoo removal. Many plans offer pharmacy discounts and free preventative services like vaccines and other tests at no cost.
These are some common extra benefits on Medicare Plans. Examples include $50 VISA credits for reporting an annual checkup. Free gym memberships on both Advantage Plans and some Supplements. Many offer no cost Over-the-Counter items or free meals following release from the hospital. Special Needs plans offer grocery credits or transportation.
